Please read the following terms and conditions before booking. By joining our tour, you are deemed to have agreed to these regulations.

Booking & Payment

• Reservations must be made at least 1 day before departure, subject to availability.
  
• Booking confirmation will be provided after payment or deposit is received.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, e-wallet, or cash on the day of departure (if agreed).

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations more than 24 hours before the tour: Full refund or rescheduling.
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before the tour: No refund.
• If the tour is canceled by us due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund or rescheduling option.

Tour Conditions & Safety

• This tour is not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, or other serious medical issues.
• All participants must follow the guide’s instructions for safety during the trip.
• We are not responsible for personal injuries or lost belongings during the tour.

Weather Policy

• The tour will proceed under normal weather conditions.
• In the case of extreme weather (heavy rain, strong winds, or volcanic activity) that poses safety risks, the tour may be canceled or rescheduled.

Pickup & Departure Time Policy

• Pickup time will be confirmed a day before the tour.
• Participants must be on time at the agreed pickup location.
• A delay of more than 15 minutes without notice may be considered a cancellation without a refund.

Participant Responsibilities

• Must wear comfortable clothing and shoes and bring necessary personal items.
• Alcohol and illegal substances are strictly prohibited during the tour.
• Littering or damaging the environment is not allowed.

Schedule Changes

• We reserve the right to modify the schedule or tour route based on field conditions for the comfort and safety of participants.
